Your data, in plain words

Privacy notice

Hi, GEOrgina here. This desk is a private workspace for your GEO programme, and I want you to know exactly what is stored when you use it and why. No surprises.

What we collect

  • Account details: your work email and company name, used to sign you in and identify your programme.
  • Assistant conversations: the questions you ask GEOrgina and the answers she gives you.
  • Programme activity: your roadmap version, task progress (pending, in progress, done, blocked), sign-ins and the pages you use.
  • Sweep results: the weekly visibility figures you log in the Reporting tab, per search engine.

Why we collect it

  • To run the GEO programme: GEOrgina uses your progress to coach you and suggest your next steps.
  • To report to the agency that manages your programme: they see how the desk is used, each partner's progress and sweep results.
  • To keep the desk secure and fix problems when something goes wrong.

How it is handled

  • Your data is stored on the desk's managed backend and is only visible to your own account and to the agency team that runs the programme.
  • We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Other partners cannot see your conversations, progress or results.
  • Access is protected by your password and the desk's access rules, and every sign-in is logged.

Your choices

  • You can ask the agency that gave you access to correct or delete your account data at any time.
  • If you stop taking part in the programme, the agency can close your access and remove your stored data on request.
  • Questions about this notice? Contact the agency team that issued your access code.

By creating your access you confirm you have read this notice. Last updated: September 2026.
