# GEOrgina privacy notice

The GEO Execution Desk is the private partner workspace of GEOrgina, the Generative Engine Optimisation assistant developed by Gotoclient.

## What is collected

Account details (work email and company name), assistant conversations, programme activity (roadmap version, task progress, sign-ins, pages used) and the weekly visibility sweep figures the partner logs.

## Why it is collected

To run the GEO programme and coach the partner, to report programme usage and progress to the agency that manages it, and to keep the desk secure.

## How it is handled

Data is stored on the desk's managed backend, visible only to the partner's own account and the agency team running the programme. It is not sold or shared with advertisers, and other partners cannot see it.

## Partner choices

Partners can ask the agency that issued their access to correct or delete their account data, or to close access and remove stored data.
